5) The Beach: Kitsilano Beach, English Bay, Jericho Beach, Spanish Banks

During the summertime in Vancouver, the beaches are a fantastic place to meet women.

Women love the beach and hangout there constantly.  It’s a great place because women are just sitting there soaking in the sun.  It’s a fantastic opportunity for a guy like you to approach her, sit down and have a great conversation.  Besides that, people enjoy walking and hanging out at the beaches during a sunny day.

6) The Bookstore: Chapters

If you’re into more intelligent and sophisticated women, this is the place for you.  If you go to any Chapters or bookstore in Vancouver, you’ll find some women at these places.  It may be a bit challenging as you won’t find many, but you might find a few.  I’ve had some success meeting some great women at bookstores.  Make sure you use a “softener” to make a woman feel comfortable and approach her with the right energy levels.

7) Shopping Malls: Pacific Centre, Metrotown, Oakridge, etc…

In my opinion, shopping malls are one of the best places to meet women during the day time.  It’s similar to the street, except women don’t have as much of a time constraint and aren’t in a hurry.  They are there to shop and to walk around.  You know you’ll find a lot of women at these places, too.  The best times are during the weekends or during Christmas, however, at any point during the day there will be women at these places.

The Grocery Store: Safeway, IGA, Wholefoods, Choices Market, Capers, Superstore, etc…

Women have to buy groceries and eat, right?  And guess what… SO DO YOU!  Have you ever seen an attractive woman at a grocery store?  If you’ve been to one, the answer is most likely YES.  The great thing about this is that it doesn’t have to take any time or effort out of your day.  You can just do your grocery shopping and make an effort to talk to any attractive women you see there.  It’s also a fun place to joke around with a woman with what she’s buying.

9) Festivals and Concerts

If you’re into music or fun events, this is a great place for you.  When something fun is going on in Vancouver, I recommend looking into it and staying up to date with all the festivals and events.  It’s a different environment than the night clubs and bar scene, and better yet women are extremely open and friendly at these events.  The mood is generally positive and upbeat.  Plus it’s a social gathering where people are expected to be social.

10) The Bus and Skytrain

If you’ve ever taken the bus or skytrain, you know you’ve seen some beautiful women at these places.  Women need to get around and transit is a great opportunity to meet women.  I know when I’ve taken the bus, I always see women waiting by themselves at the bus stops or skytrain stops.  That is your chance to engage her in a friendly conversation.

In this environment, there are two things you need to consider:  a) she doesn’t have a lot of time to talk to you, and b) it can be a bit awkward or uncomfortable.  To address these, you need to be able to get her number quickly and take the time constraint into consideration.  And you need to be able to approach her with a lower energy and use a softener saying, “Hey this might sound a bit strange and I know people don’t normally talk to each other on the bus, but….”

11) College or University: UBC, SFU, BCIT, Kwantlen College, Langara, etc…

If you go to college or university, you’re in heaven.  There are tons of women to talk to on campus or at class.  Make an effort to engage this women and get to know them.  You will probably end up seeing them again and again.  The benefit of this is that you can make it apart of your life and don’t really have to go too far out of your way to meet women at these places.

12) Classes or Activities: Yoga, Salsa Dancing, etc…

If you’re into taking any activities or classes, this is a great place to consider meeting women.  For things like yoga and dance classes, you’ll find a lot more women at these places than men.  You’ll also be able to get to know them over the long-term period of time and get to know them in a more comfortable way.

13) House Parties and Social Circle

If you have a lot of friends, you want to leverage this to your advantage for meeting women.  Stay up to date with all the parties going on in your city and befriend people that have connections.  Ask people, “What’s going on this weekend?” and they will give you ideas and possibly invite you out.

At house parties or through a social circle, you’ll find women very friendly and open because they assume you know someone there.

14) Restaurants

During any day of the week, you can walk into a restaurant and find women sitting down eating.  This environment can be a bit more challenging if you’re new to approaching women, but it can be a fantastic way to meet a woman.  You just have to be able to walk up to the table, engage everyone and connect with the woman you’re interested in.

15) Internet Dating and Speed Dating

Yes, this is a popular way these days for men to meet women in Vancouver.  However, I don’t fully recommend these ways.  Why?  Because it is ignoring the issue which is your inability to meet and attract women.  You won’t gain much confidence or social skills interacting with women over the internet.  And you don’t have much options or choice.  Women are often judging you based on your pictures and profiles, whereas in any of the other environments you can approach a woman anywhere with the option to take things further.  You can let your personality and who you are shine.  And you can easily go out and meet A LOT of women and get dozens of phone numbers if you want to.

If you’re stuck on the computer trying to meet women or spending money with speed dating, then I recommend you stop and make your focus on improving yourself into a naturally attractive man.  Get the confidence to meet women in the real world.  The best part about it is that you don’t have to compete with other men, as you do with the internet and speed dating.

With internet dating, hundreds of men are messaging her.  With speed dating, there are a dozen other guys competing for her.  But at the coffee shop or street or bar, you can stand out from every other man and be the confident guy who can walk up to her and sweep her off her feet.
